Choose Economy Shipping and your order ships for FREE in the continental U.S.! Period. End of story. Need it faster? We have some shipping options so that your order will be delivered in the necessary time frame:

  • Economy shipping is our slowest shipping method and will arrive 2-10 business days after it has been shipped out. Our FREE shipping service (standard rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Standard shipping will arrive in 2-6 business days.
  • Expedited shipping will arrive in 1-3 business days.
  • Two-Day shipping is guaranteed to arrive within two business days. Your order will be shipped via FedEx 2Day.
  • One-Day shipping is guaranteed to arrive in one business day. Your order will be shipped FedEx Standard Overnight.

Delivery times are subject to change. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 pm EST, including 2nd Day and Next Day shipments, may not be shipped until the following business day.

Most of our inventory is stocked and shipped from our stores in Morgantown, WV. In some instances to serve you better we will drop ship items directly to you from the manufacturer.

All of our packages are shipped via FedEx or the USPS.

* Free shipping is valid in the contiguous US only (excludes Hawaii & Alaska). Please select the "Free Economy Shipping" option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Applies for economy shipments only. Faster shipping is available at an additional cost. No adjustments on previous purchases. Not valid on international shipments. Some larger items are excluded from the free shipping program.

Returns & Replacements

 

Please contact customer service to receive an RMA number and initiate a return or if you would like to exchange for a different item.

Our return policy is:

Returned products must be in the same condition as when the product was originally purchased/received. Returns will be refunded for the full price of the item excluding returns of items that were not as described/damaged. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt the buyer must notify us within 14 days of the receipt and make return arrangements. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the day of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip and sent via a traceable source. Any returns that have obvious signs of use will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
